The Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute is a non-profit 501(c)(3) school dedicated to teaching the Living Food Lifestyle® as developed by our founder, Dr. Ann Wigmore. To fully benefit from this lifestyle, we recommend that new students take our comprehensive, Two-Week Course. You will learn about the healing power, science and practice of the Living Foods Lifestyle® while living the lifestyle with the support of your teachers, therapists and classmates.
If, however, it is more convenient for you, you may enroll in the Basics Week (the first week of the two-week course) and complete the Enhanced Week (the second week) at a later date.
We offer some classes that are taught in Spanish and some classes that are translated into French. Click here for language specific program dates.
Total Immersion Experience
Our courses will answer the “What, Why, When, and How?” of the Living Foods Lifestyle. Our campus will become your home; staff and students, your extended family. You will be living the lifestyle as you learn in our supportive and natural environment.
Watch the ocean’s changing tides as you immerse yourself in learning and love, and experience your own changes and transformation. Relax, release, and reconnect as you enjoy sea breezes, the rustling of palm fronds, and the evening serenade of the elusive coqui.
Your weekday schedule will be rich with nourishment for your body, mind and spirit. Your weekends are for relaxing, reflection or adventure, socializing or solitude. All your meals, snacks and wheatgrass are included.
The knowledge gained in our course will provide you with the insight, strong foundation, and hands-on learning you need to continue the lifestyle at home. The enthusiasm and confidence you develop will sustain and motivate you. The renewed connection with your inner self and the bounty of nature will continue to inspire and gently guide you.
You will be able to share this health-promoting information with family and friends. Health care professionals will gain insights and methods that may prove helpful to their clients.
