Our mission is to inspire people around the world to awaken their innate power to heal.

We do this through community support and experiential programs online and at our educational retreat center. Our students restore balance and vitality to the body, mind, and spirit. We teach the Living Foods Lifestyle™ advanced by Ann Wigmore, including vegan, easy-to-digest food and a spectrum of sustainable self-healing practices that work with the power of nature.

What is the Living Foods Lifestyle™?

Ann Wigmore used the word “LIFESTYLE” for a reason. Lifestyle is more than a “diet”. She created a complete lifestyle, a philosophy and practical guide for total health and vitality. It includes what we eat and food combining principles, self-sufficiency, attention to our inner voices and innate wisdom, knowledge of our physical bodies, and our individual spiritual connections.

Living Foods consist of uncooked (raw), nutritious ingredients such as:

  • leafy greens
  • vegetables and bean sprouts
  • vegetables and fruits
  • soaked and sprouted nuts
  • grains and seeds
  • cultured foods including Rejuvelac™ and
  • sauerkraut
  • nut and seed patés, “cheeses” and “yoghurts”

The food is high in enzymes, chlorophyll-rich and extremely easy to digest so that your body can receive optimal nourishment while devoting less energy to the digestive process. This conserves energy that the body can then use for healing, rebuilding, and disease prevention. By spending less energy on digestion, you are able to have more energy for the overall maintenance of your body and the functioning of your organs, muscles and nerves.

Our gardens and greenhouses provide much of the organic produce we use in our kitchen. Our meals and beverages are all freshly prepared on site each day, with flavors and colors that are vibrant and inviting.

Through this simple natural lifestyle, people from all walks of life can take control of their lives and their health. Since opening in Aguada, Puerto Rico in 1990, thousands of people from all over the world have visited our intimate non-profit center to learn how to optimize their health, prevent illness and create joyful lives.
