Program Dates

Every two weeks we offer a new opportunity to learn the Living Foods Lifestyle™ on campus and with other students. Know that we occasionally offer special programs such as Yoga Certifications or our program in Spanish therefore, we may have changes to our normal curriculum. And during those special times students may choose to rest or restore rather than participate in the additional program offered.

Even our campus, gardens, and facilities will restore and renew annually. Our season runs from around October 30 through about August 15 every year. During the off-season we update our buildings and grounds to get ready for opening day. Though, you can find us hosting online seminars, attending trade shows, and encouraging our community practice their Living Foods Lifestyle with the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute Online Program.           Because dates are subject to change, it is imperative that you call Reservations at 787-868-6307 to confirm dates prior to making travel plans.

          If you are coming for just one week, we strongly suggest that you take the first week Basics course before enrolling in the second week Enhancing course. New Students who take the “Enhancing” week first, will be charged an additional fee of $100 for the required special orientation classes.

          Check-in time is on Sundays. Clients are encouraged to arrive before 12 noon to participate in the Orientation and Welcome which begins at 2:30. If you arrive later and are not able to participate in the Orientation and Welcome, you will be charged a $25 fee for a brief, personal orientation.

          Yoga Teacher Training Retreat* With Mahadevi (200 or 300 hrs) AND the Living Foods Lifestyle™ Program.

          Session includes the 200 (two weeks) or 300 hour (3 weeks) yoga teacher training, text books, practice video, and completion certificate. You will learn yoga postures, meditation, mantras, chakras, mindfulness, philosophy, teaching practices and more.

          Mahadevi Wellness is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher training school. Edith Torres is a master yogi with a lifetime of experience in yoga service to include Acharya Yoga Teacher ERYT 800 hours, Sampoorna Yoga, Ayurveda Panchakarma, Leadership training, holistic health, neurolinguistic programming, personal training, and massage. She is registered by the Yoga Alliance. More about Edith
