BELKIS MUÑOZ
Belkis represents Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute as our Greenhouse, Nursery, and Landscape Manager. She is a talented instructor with over 20 years of experience growing organic micro-greens, sprouts, edible flowers, composting techniques and more. She holds a college degree in agriculture, with an emphasis in horticulture, from the Universidad de Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.
Belkis teaches composting, planting, sprouting, and even Bomba classes. She is often heard singing with her beautiful voice in the greenhouse. Belkis speaks two languages.
