The Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute is always seeking people on a similar life path who want to contribute to our mission. New positions continue to develop as the organization grows. Our work environment tends to be engaging, energetic and friendly. Our multifaceted operation provides room and board to the program participants at our facilities, which includes a store, therapy treatments and greenhouse. Pride in quality of work, service orientation and attention to detail are some of the key characteristics that we value.

It is vital to our mission that our staff be vegetarian-oriented; drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free, and computer literate. Pay is relatively low at this time because we are a developing not-for-profit organization; however, the pay may increase because the organization has a high potential for increased prosperity as it evolves with the growing interest in living foods. Benefits include prepared living food meals and employee discounts for therapies and store purchases. Rents in Puerto Rico tend to be relatively low compared with US mainland coastal areas. We do not reimburse relocation costs.
